RaceLink is the UK's first real-world esports racing venue. You sit at a racing simulator rig and control a real RC car on a real physical track. Live cameras show your car's perspective, and a full timing system tracks your laps and positions. It's not a video game - the cars and tracks are real.

No experience is needed at all. The controls are intuitive - a steering wheel and pedals, just like a real car. When booking, you choose your car from our fleet. A short safety briefing video is shown before your first session, and staff are always on hand if you need help.

All bookings are made online through our website. Select your track, choose your car, pick a session length, date and time, and the number of drivers in your group. Pay online and you will receive a QR code for self check-in on arrival. There are no walk-in sessions or on-site bookings.

The minimum age for the monitor-based race tracks and drift arena is 8 years old. Children under 16 must have a parent or guardian present at the venue and the waiver must be completed by the parent/guardian.

For VR FPV sessions, the minimum age is 13. This is due to VR headset manufacturer guidelines and the intensity of the first-person experience.

Most people are fine, but some individuals may experience mild motion discomfort, particularly during their first VR session. We cap VR sessions at 30 minutes for this reason.

If you're prone to motion sickness, we recommend starting with a shorter session (10-15 minutes) or choosing the monitor-based track instead. You can always upgrade to VR on a future visit once you know how you respond.

The 30-minute cap is a comfort and safety measure. Extended VR use can cause eye strain and motion discomfort. We want every session to be enjoyable from start to finish. You can book multiple sessions with a break in between.

When you arrive, scan your QR code at the self check-in point. The system will automatically mark you as arrived and assign your car and rig. There is no reception desk or queue. Staff are on the floor to help if you need anything.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your session start time to allow for check-in and getting settled at your rig.

Sessions start at fixed times and cannot be extended. If you arrive late, your session will be shorter - we cannot push back subsequent bookings. There are no refunds or credits for late arrivals. We strongly recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early.

Pricing is per session, per driver. You choose a session length when booking. The Race (Monitor) track starts from £12 per driver (10 min) up to £48 (40 min). The Drift Arena starts from £12 (10 min) up to £36 (30 min). The Race (VR FPV) track starts from £37.50 (15 min) up to £75 (30 min).

For example, a 20-minute session on the monitor track for 2 drivers would cost £24 x 2 = £48.

Car selection does not affect the price. All payments are made online in advance.

You can reschedule your session free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked time. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. If we need to cancel a session due to technical issues, you will receive a full refund or free rebooking.

Yes. When booking, you select the number of drivers in your group. Each driver gets their own rig and car. The maximum group size per session depends on track capacity: 6 drivers for the Race (Monitor) and Drift tracks, 5 for VR FPV.

Spectators are welcome at no charge. There is a lounge area with screens showing live races.

RaceLink is based in Poole, Dorset. The venue is in a light industrial unit with on-site parking. Full address and directions will be included in your booking confirmation email.
