Safety Waiver

RaceLink - Participant Waiver and Release of Liability

By signing this waiver, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. I understand that RC car racing involves inherent risks including but not limited to: minor injuries from car contact, eye strain from screens/VR, and motion discomfort from VR headsets.

2. I confirm that I am physically capable of participating in this activity and am not under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

3. I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by RaceLink staff and displayed at the venue.

4. I understand that RaceLink is not liable for any personal injury that occurs as a result of failure to follow safety guidelines.

5. I consent to the use of CCTV and venue cameras for safety and promotional purposes.

6. For participants under 16: A parent or guardian must complete this waiver on their behalf and must be present at the venue during the session.

7. I agree to treat all equipment with care and understand that I may be liable for deliberate damage to RaceLink property.
